Myanmar is a nation in South East Asia and was formerly known as British Burma. The capitol city is called Yangon, where our Brother Dal Za Chin is located. Myanmar borders India, China, Thailand, Laos and Bangladesh on the Indian Ocean. Its government is a military dictatorship (a “junta,” where the leader is a general in the army).

1st Annual ALFI Conference
Yangon, Myanmar, South East Asia 2008

On January 3, 2008, Brother Dal Za Chin, ALFI Overseer from Yangon, Myanmar officiated the 1st Annual ALFI Conference in that nation! Brother Chin has served as a City of Light Ministries Worldwide Affiliate for the past year and has recently been issued a Certificate of Ordination with ALFI to oversee operations in Myanmar. Coming aboard with him are 10 ministers who currently pastor, evangelize and teach the Apostles' Doctrine in various districts of Myanmar.
